The external returns chute at Emerald Library is located at the front of the library and is open for returns 24/7. Returns are cleared and processed by staff Monday-Saturday during business hours.

Convenient all-day parking is located outside the building. An overflow car park is available nearby. 

Accessible Parking Spaces – 

Emerald Library has two accessible/Disability Permit parking spaces located near the front entrance. 

Available Monday – Saturday, during library opening hours.

Assistance Dogs Welcome – 

Assistance Dogs must be accredited with a registered association and trained to meet the state standards for hygiene and behaviour appropriate for an animal in a public place. Assistance dogs must be under control at all times and are not permitted to roam freely. Evidence the animal is an assistance animal must be provided if requested to do so by a Myli staff member.
